At Hilton Ice Cream great importance is attached not only to the quality of the ingredients in our ice cream but also to the correct formulation of these ingredients into a product of smooth and palatable texture that can be easily scooped. For this reason, all development of new recipes for new flavour combinations are subject to stringent technical scrutiny.

Our ice cream is directed largely but not exclusively at the Foodservice sector. The two main ranges that we offer are the flagship Hilton Dairy Range and the Papa Joe’s Range both supplied in 5 lt Napoli trays.

We also offer a bespoke own label facility.

HILTON RANGE

The Hilton Range is a dairy ice cream made with butter oil and carefully sourced flavours and inclusions. The range which is packed in 5 lt Napoli trays provides a broad selection of flavours including new additions based on developing trends as well as the perennial favourites. Carefully formulated recipes together with sophisticated equipment and advanced freezing techniques give a silky texture and easily scoopable ice cream.

PAPA JOE’S RANGE

The Papa Joe’s Range is made up of non-dairy ice cream with a fat content sourced from coconut oil which we regard as more environmentally friendly than palm oil. Made to our usual exacting standards and packed again in 5 lt Napoli trays, this is an ice cream range that offers a more competitive price.

Further to our “Napoli” ranges, we also offer a limited range of economy ice cream.
