Mixing a Sicilian’s love of ice cream made from the finest ingredients with a down to earth Yorkshireman’s approach to business Pino Nobile heads the long established Hilton’s Ice Cream company in Bradford.

Having grown up at various points in his early life on the sun baked island of Sicily surrounded by an abundance of locally grown fruits and exquisite foods he understands the importance of sourcing the best ingredients.

Like many young Italians and Sicilians, Pino was involved with ice cream from an early age helping his father in the family business in Bradford. Working hard in the ice cream industry his father Joe was able to buy the Hilton Ice Cream factory close to the centre of the town and together with Pino, laid the foundation for today’s growing enterprise.

Hilton’s traditional strengths have led them to deal largely with the Foodservice sector. The combined experience of the company directors in catering and manufacturing provide a solid base from which to satisfy the needs of the client through correctly understanding their needs and providing the product that will satisfy them. For this reason we have produced diverse ranges in an array of packaging formats to suit varying marketing and budgetary requirements. These products are available through a network of regional wholesalers from Scotland to the South of England.

Hilton now also manufactures for the Retail Sector and is party to an exclusive contract which involves a brand-stretching exercise with a nationally known children’s confection. Following a recent upgrade in new plant and machinery Hilton is now embarking on an export programme taking its ice cream to two other continents.

However, as Hilton has progressed and developed it still retains its core values. A passion for the product coupled with attention to the needs of each client are central to the principles that drive it forward.
